Fireside is a series of collaboration dinners where we invite chef friends to come and cook with us and to combine their food style with Firedoor’s dedication to sourcing the best daily ingredients cooked over live fire.

Ben Shewry x Lennox Hastie
On Wednesday 1 August, the first Fireside dinner of the year will bring together Lennox Hastie and Ben Shewry of Melbourne’s famed Attica. Currently sitting at number 20 in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Attica is known for its use of native ingredients and playful references to Australian culture. For one night only, Ben Shewry and his Attica team will embrace the ancient medium of fire with the Firedoor team.
This unique Fireside dinner will see a focus on the relevance of fire in the modern kitchen; a celebration of the very best of Australian food cooked by fire.
With just 45 spots available, the one-off dining experience will be a true collaboration between two chefs from different backgrounds brought together by fire and their shared love of indigenous ingredients.
