Thank you for making a purchase at Fireshop this week. Your support enables us to maintain our relationships with each other as well as our incredible suppliers and producers. Through Fireshop we aim to give you a taste of Firedoor whilst, in the spirit of interaction, encouraging you to cook with fire yourselves.

Of course, we realise that cooking with fire may not be possible for everyone, so we have provided the following guide to enable you to enjoy a selection of dishes whether you are cooking in a pan, on a grill, or even over fire. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

This week we are excited to announce that we will be reopening the restaurant from the 10th of June onwards. Current restrictions mean that we will need to limit both the menu and guest numbers, but we are over the moon to be back and look forward to welcoming you all. In the meantime we will be continuing the Fireshop, where next week (due to popular demand) we are bringing back the T-bone steak as well as introducing a rack of lamb, roasted cauliflower cheese, and the most comforting dish of spiced lentils and brown rice which is the precursor to kedgeree. We will also be batching up a special martini with lemon myrtle and saké and, in collaboration with our friends at Messina, introducing a next level ice-cream combing our 200-day dry aged beef fat with dulce de leche. Be sure to get your order in soon as we always sell out!
