Firedoor accepts bookings but also welcomes non reservation guests at the bar.

Dining options include traditional tables, communal tables as well as kitchen and bar counter dining.

For bookings of 1-6 guests, please use our online booking form.

Bookings of 7 guests or more are required to dine from our Chef’s Menu. The Chef’s Menu is a sharing style menu starting at $85 per person. All dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for individually.

Fireside

Fireside is a series of collaboration dinners where we invite chef friends to come and cook with us and to combine their food style with Firedoor’s dedication to sourcing the best daily ingredients cooked over live fire. It is an amazing opportunity to learn from each other, make new friends, share techniques and explore new ingredients whilst producing a unique dining experience.

This event is driven by passion and an interest to learn more. Fireside is a true collaboration, fusing both chef’s approach to food in creating a dish.

‘FIRE & SLICE’

HOT FROM NEW YORK & LOS ANGELES, FAMED RESTAURANT ROBERTA’S COMES TO SYDNEY

On Sunday 9th December, the best pizza in New York and Los Angeles will be served in Surry Hills, when Firedoor

and Roberta’s host a pop-up party to celebrate the last Fireside event of the year.

 Well known for their Neapolitan-style pizza and thoughtful array of market/garden-driven pastas, salads and more, Roberta’s is a Brooklyn institution, often dubbed America’s most famous pizza with a cult following that includes Beyonce, Jay-Z, Bill and Hillary Clinton. Head Chef and Owner, Carlo Mirarchi and his “mother” dough starter will join Lennox and the Firedoor team for an all-day Sunday event, serving up wood-fired pizzas and as well as a select menu from the grill.
