Firedoor accepts bookings but also welcomes non reservation guests at the bar.

Dining options include traditional tables, communal tables as well as kitchen and bar counter dining.

For bookings of 1-6 guests, please use our online booking form.

Bookings of 7 guests or more are required to dine from our Chef’s Menu. The Chef’s Menu is a sharing style menu starting at $90 per person. All dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for individually.

Fireside is a series of collaboration dinners where we invite chef friends to come and cook with us and to combine their food style with Firedoor’s dedication to sourcing the best daily ingredients cooked over live fire. It is an amazing opportunity to learn from each other, make new friends, share techniques and explore new ingredients whilst producing a unique dining experience.

This event is driven by passion and an interest to learn more. Fireside is a true collaboration, fusing both chef’s approach to food in creating a dish.

Margarita Forés x Lennox Hastie
Sunday 15th March 

In partnership with restaurant reservation platform Quandoo, Firedoor is excited to announce their second Fireside event of 2020.

On Sunday the 15th of March, internationally renowned chef Margarita Forés will unite with Lennox Hastie for a one off, fire-powered Filipino-style lunch. The event will celebrate both chefs’ unique approach to food; fusing ideas, techniques and flavours.

Thanks to Quandoo, Margarita and her team will be making the trip from Manila to Sydney especially for the event. As part of the collaboration process, Margarita will be arriving a few days before the lunch to experience Firedoor and to explore Australian ingredients, creating a distinctive menu that brings together the best of both chefs.

The six-course lunch will be held across two sittings, 12:00pm and 2:30pm. Spots are limited so booking is essential.

Reservations for the event must be made through our Quandoo landing page. Six courses $150 per person.
