Two Providores | Marrickville
Two Providores is a family owned business that champions food and beverage from Australia’s small, sustainable producers, placing particular emphasis on supporting local producers who have made a commitment to promoting sustainable farming. Our chefs work closely with Two Providores in sourcing ingredients such as Nichols Chickens, Malfroys Honey, Holy Goat, Pyengana and Vannella Cheese, buttermilk and cream from St David Dairy, and korean specialty products from Table 181.

Vic’s Meat | Mascot & Sydney Fish Market

Shady and Rose Wasef from PiOik bakery are the wonderful bakers behind Firedoor’s incredible bread. Family owned and operated, the Wasef’s started the business with a mission to produce simple, great product, which you can now order to enjoy at home, including sourdough, focaccia (the best in town!), hot cross buns, croissants, and even an ‘essentials pack’ including milk, eggs, bread, pepe saya butter, and loo roll.
PiOik is now doing home delivery to Pyrmont, Glebe, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Paddington and Camperdown.
