Firedoor’s menu celebrates the very best ingredients of the day, often rare and limited in nature and sourced from small scale producers across the country. Firedoor’s latest offering, the Market Lunch, provides a chance to celebrate the beauty and quality of Australian produce in a special two course menu.

Starting in March, the Market Lunch will change weekly, varying between promoting a region, highlighting an individual ingredient or showcasing a producer through two delicious dishes cooked over fire. Sit back and escape over a different kind of lunch where simple ingredients shine from subtleties of smoke and flame.
